What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Provide friendly, accurate customer service, including answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage
  • Use strong communication skills to educate customers and support business growth
  • Work closely with the team to meet marketing and sales goals
